Yet another great article Richard. I also believe in side by side. I also found the Grip Tape article to be so true. My grandson is given freedom to drive a tractor and takes the full responsibility for doing a job of work. It would terrify me to have allowed him to do that but can see his confidence grow as he undertakes new experiences. Such a shame the education system lets him down dreadfully.
